Review of Minutes
Minutes were reviewed and accepted with several revisions. They will be corrected and posted to the web site.

Treasurer's Report
High School Balance is $5,107.63 with more ice and referee bills to come in. Middle School Balance is $2,016.96.

Coach's Report
Brad Davie: JV Tournament in Winslow is still on despite the low census as requested by AD's. We do not want to chance losing our spot in the tournament next year.

Brad will only be presenting the Coach's Award during Poland's Winter Sports Awards Night. He will be presenting the rest of the awards during the End of the Year Gala Celebration.

David Van Wie: David was not in attendance but he did send in an email requesting 3 additional hours of ice so the teams could practice before the play-offs in March. After reviewing the financial report the board voted unanimously to approve the 3 additional hours of ice.

Correspondence
Louri Fowler: Louri sent an email explaining how disappointed she was that Duncan was not at the practice the night the pictures were taken. She request that there will be better communication next year as to when the pictures are taken.

Mike Conant: Mike sent an email notifying us that he plans to re-build the website into something a layman can understand and update. He also mentioned the cost would be anywhere from no cost to $10.00/month. Mike advised the board that the no-cost solution would offer the features we would need.

Public Forum
Old Business
Fundraising: Some ideas discussed were a candy-bar sale at registration in September and a candle sale in October. Mike Moberg is checking into a date for a Summer Golf Tournament.

Rose Ceremony: Carol said plans are being finalized for the last Varsity game on 19 February. GNG HS will provide the roses for all seniors including the senior from Poland HS. Geoff Robbins will be the emcee and recognize each family.

New Business
Elections: Election results are as follows: President-Trecia Travers Vice President- Karen Stewart Treasurer- Andrea Harvey Secretary-Robyn Davie Board Member-Susan Moberg

EOY Party: It was discussed that the Blueliners would be able to pay for the child only for the Gala Celebration. This will be re-visited at next month's meeting after all the High School bills have been paid.
